- Installation and commissioning: the wall is installed, irrigation connected, lighting fitted, and for Smart systems the fans, sensors, and controller are commissioned and tested
- Handover and ongoing care: we walk you through the system and, for Smart walls, the monitoring portal. Scheduled maintenance and Wall as a Service options keep your wall healthy long term

The Smart Green Wall is an active botanical biofilter. Lab tests on active systems with airflow through bioactive media have demonstrated single-pass VOC removal.
Real-room results depend on the space, air loads, and ventilation. We design for airflow and monitoring and present trends through your portal rather than promising fixed outcomes. It is one indoor air quality tool alongside good ventilation and filtration, not a medical device.
In most indoor spaces, yes. We design to DLI (Daily Light Integral) targets for the plant species specified and include lighting in the proposal where required. Outdoor and high-natural-light spaces may not need supplementary lighting.
Smart and Classic walls are typically serviced every 4 to 6 weeks. Smart walls include remote monitoring between visits so issues can be identified before they affect coverage. Classic walls can be set up with a scheduled maintenance plan on the same interval.
Living green walls work well in offices, reception areas, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, hotels, restaurants, and residential living areas and courtyards. The main requirements are access to water, a suitable wall structure, and for indoor installs adequate or supplementary lighting. We assess all of this at the site check.
