What we install

Every system is designed around your block. We use Toro sprinkler bodies with MP Rotator nozzles on all lawn zones (Water Corporation approved), drip irrigation on garden beds, and a smart Wi-Fi controller on every installation.

  • Zoned designs for lawns, gardens and drip beds

How it works

  • 1. Free site check and water flow test to determine your water pressure (or use our reticulation calculator for a quick estimate beforehand)
  • 2. Design and fixed-price quote. We design your system zone by zone. All new systems include Toro sprinklers, MP Rotator nozzles (approved by Water Corp) and a smart Wi-Fi controller. One fixed price, no variations on the day.
  • 3. Installation of your new system. Every zone is tested on the day to ensure 100% coverage of lawn and garden beds before we leave.
  • 4. Aftercare and handover. We set your watering schedule, walk you through the controller app and complete a full system run-through.

  • Average Perth block (100sqm): from $4.5k–7.9k
  • Larger/complex: from $8k–15k

Final price depends on trenching, run lengths, zones, controller spec and access. Fixed price after site check.

Do you repair existing retic systems?

No. Greener Scapes specialises in new reticulation installations and full system replacements only.

We do not carry out repairs, servicing, or maintenance on existing systems. If you need repairs, we recommend contacting a licensed plumber who specialises in irrigation.

How do you quote?

We start with a free site check where we:

  • Visit your property to test water pressure and flow
  • Measure your lawn and garden areas
  • Confirm your water source (mains or bore)

From there we produce a full system design and a single fixed-price proposal covering all labour, materials, and controller setup.

You can also use our reticulation calculator to get a rough estimate before we visit.

Do you install drip line irrigation?

Yes. Garden beds, hedge lines, and planter zones are set up with drip irrigation rather than sprays where appropriate.

Drip irrigation:

  • Delivers water directly to the root zone
  • Reduces evaporation
  • Keeps foliage dry, which is important for plant health through Perth's summer
  • Uses less water than overhead sprays, helping with Water Corporation compliance
Which controllers do you use?

We install smart Wi-Fi controllers on every system, specified based on your property size and needs.

With the app you can:

  • Adjust watering schedules remotely
  • Run manual cycles from your phone
  • Receive alerts if a zone is not running correctly

Controllers with seasonal adjust also automatically reduce watering as Perth cools down in autumn and winter, saving water and keeping you within your Water Corporation roster days.

What services do you not do?

We focus entirely on new installations and full system replacements. We do not offer:

  • Repairs or maintenance on existing retic systems
  • Bore drilling or bore pump installation
  • General plumbing work

This means every job we take on gets our full attention from design through to handover.
