We thoroughly clear the area of existing grass, weeds, builders rubble and debris, preventing future growth issues and creating a clean slate for your new turf. Then we box out lawn area 150mm below finish level.
3. Soil Conditioning & Amendment
Based on our soil analysis, we incorporate necessary amendments to optimise pH levels and nutrient content. The soil test results will determine which soil conditioner is best suited, fostering an ideal environment for root development.
4. Grading & Drainage Optimisation
Proper grading is essential to prevent water pooling and ensure even growth. We meticulously shape the soil to promote optimal drainage and a uniform surface.
5. Levelling & Soil Settling
Using specialised equipment, we level the lawn area at three different stages to eliminate air pockets, providing a stable foundation for your turf and preventing future unevenness.
6. Turf Selection & Sourcing
We assist you in selecting the most suitable turf variety based on your home's unique factors, including but not limited to, shade tolerance, foot traffic, pet and play equipment considerations and how many hours you can realistically spend maintaining your lawn.
7. Visual Aesthetics & Turf Installation
Our team installs the turf including a border and grass pave pattern, ensuring tight seams and proper alignment. This attention-to-detail minimises visible lines, promotes seamless growth and is visually more appealing to the eye in the first six weeks.
8. Post-Installation Care & Maintenance Guidance
